Bonding Time

Spent the day out on a lake in Boyle, Co.Roscommon with my Uncle Jim.  It has been awhile since we have been out fishing together.  It was a good day fishing but the weather wasn’t in our favour, with a lot of rain.  Fishing was hard but we stayed at it and it paid off in the end.  We still managed to land a few but best one’s were 97cm and 100cm.  Jim’s 100cm hit at the boat and he had a serious fight on his hands after that.  The fish decided to bring Jim for a walk around the boat.  Both fish were in great condition and a real strong which lead to great sport for Jim and myself.   All fish were caught casting with a 20cm line-thru trout lure.  A great lure when the fishing is tough.
